ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)
At Soni Power we pride ourselves on our dedication to our customers and so responding to your generator power problems is a main priority of our generator maintenance & service department. Our team are highly skilled and fully qualified individuals who are always available with their technical expertise to repair any issues that need fixing.
A regular 6 months or 250 hours running time, whichever comes first, service interval will ensure that your generator remains reliable and ready for use when you need it. An annual service is a minimum that we recommend, and as is standard in the industry.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a service agreement from Soni Power through which we provide scheduled services to any generator for ensuring trouble-free operation.

Support Levels
We provide an immediate response either by phone, e-mail or in-person to any of our clients’ queries related to maintenance of the generator sets. Our Service Team will respond in a stipulated time to fix the specific fault/problem along with routine maintenance check-up.
Routine Maintenance Support
Routine maintenance is carried out by us for the contracted months and mutually agreed on schedules. Our Team will visit the site based on a prior schedule to carry out a full system check of your generator set along with a full Test Report for each visit.
On-Call Maintenance Support
Our engineers are also available on a daily paid service basis. Expensive break downs can be mitigated by paid service calls, wherein we depute engineers for speedy service recovery.

Every maintenance contract is tailored to individual requirements. The cost of your maintenance contract depends on your location, generator make, and usage, plus the level of cover you require. SERVICE / MAINTENANCE
The Generator sets whether for purposes of a main or emergency supply, must be regularly maintained to ensure quality and longevity. Every standby generator should go through a preventative maintenance service regimen either every 250 hours or every 6 months (typically works out to be once a year) – depending on how regularly the generator is used.

We have our own workshop to overhaul the generators which is unparalleled in Eastern India.
Our service team is highly skilled for any kind of overhauling for all types of engines. During overhauling, Soni Power uses the latest technology tools & equipment to diagnose, repair and replace faulty parts to restore the engine condition like new using OEM Spare Parts. We are capable of overhauling engines in short time as our Engineers have field experience of over a decade in the industry.
